KingCast sees white woman attack Kelly Ayotte and her husband, but no complaints from Bill Christy of the Bill Christy Project, or from Ditmar Kopf.

Read it and weep, guys. What's the matter fellas, cat got your tongues?
By Debbie Schlussel
Today’s USA Today cover has a picture of New Hampshire U.S. Senate Seat candidate Kelly Ayotte . . . along with her Mr. Mom hubby taking care of the kiddies, which is sad in and of itself. (Dude surrendered his man card at the door.) The article is about at-risk Democrats on the defense from Republican candidates in the 2010 mid-term elections. But Ayotte is exactly the kind of Republican we DON’T need.

When I complain about Kelly -- not even dogging on her family like that -- this is what you professional white men say as you call me a "Motherfucker" and a "Nigger."
"Hey KingCast be a man for once in your life. Step up to the plate and drive yourself down here to Delaware, and take me on. I'll hand you your balls and arse on a platter. Big man picking on a white woman.....you coward."

Classy.

Judge Groff and KingCast: Senate hopeful Kelly Ayotte can't even follow the Rules of Civil Procedure.

And her bogus case against me was dismissed.

Read Kelly Ayotte's True Legacy here:
Boo. Yah.

I know, I know, Bill Christy would say I'm just picking on a white woman blah blah blah.... but really his beef is with Judge Groff.

Or perhaps he's "got beef" with Ditmar Kopf, you know, the same way the Topix trolls say I allegedly don't have a descended scrotal sack, am a cross-dresser, a eunuch, a nigger, a motherfucker, and whatever else these short-minded people can "think" of. It's truly a shame but perhaps one day they will cross (and stay on) the path of Enlightenment.

Also,
Kelly Ayotte lost $110M on the Tuttle/JUA Insurance cases.
09-E-148 & 09-E-151.

Namaste.

KingCast says Sam Shaulson and Citibank are wrong to make Senate hopeful Kelly Ayotte their hero; she's malfeasance on wheels!

http://www.wepapers.com/Papers/83871/Sam_Shaulson_Citibank_Motion_to_Compel_+_Motion_to_Strike_Rebuttal

And you know what else?

The more Citibank fights this the more I get to expose what REALLY happened in NH to the MCAD office of lawyers, with Citibank hero Kelly Ayotte showing her true malfeasance.

She lost $110M on the Tuttle/JUA Insurance cases.
09-E-148 & 09-E-151

Here's her Right-to-Know Ethics violations; she never even saw to it that a 2006 Annual Report was issued, just the facts.

She violated Rules of Civil Procedure in her case against me, which was DISMISSED.

She ignored my Ethics complaint when someone forged a mortgage with my name on it as Title Insurance Producer.

Remember the Unconstitutional juvenile DNA reporting that got rescinded last year after the ACLU busted on her? I was the first to report that, BTW because the boy's father wrote me on it.

And remember Vericomm/MBF Leasing scam that many Attorney Generals were fighting? The Class Action FRAUD case in New York continues watch the video and read the Decision in Pludeman v. Northern Leasing Systems, 2008 NY Slip Op 04183 (2008). The class was certified on 24 April 2009, 2009 NY Slip Op 51290U read the comments. But Kelly Ayotte ignored my complaint on that, of course. It wouldn't surprise me if Sam Shaulson worked on the defense of those crooks too, it's right in his backyard!

KingCast says WMUR coverage shows what a terror Gregory Floyd really is; he already said he never spoke to Liko Kenney.

The story. Floyd now says he shot Liko before his car even struck McKay, which would be murder
"That kid needed to be stopped." "I could have let him shoot me," Floyd said. "Or I could have let him continue with his extremely dangerous behavior until some woman or child was killed."

The shooting was later ruled justified.
(Yah, later THAT DAY)

Remember Liko called his Uncle Mike 3 times at the first stop, that's not somebody who is in the frame of mind to start killing people now, is it? Of course not, and that's why we cannot trust Kelly Ayotte as Senator. She couldn't shine my shoes.
********
Floyd initially admitted he shot without talking and the windshield bullet proves that he shot before he could have allegedly seen Liko Kenney with a gun in his hand. Of course Liko might have been trying to reload after Floyd shot his car, otherwise he was trying to leave the area, which does NOT grant Gregory Floyd a license to kill. Watch Brad Whipple, Casey Sherman and me discuss this in the KingCast YouTube videos at the bottom of this post.

Here comes the BS now, set for Prime Time TV: They don't even show the SOP violations on the Tahoe Bash and OC Spray. Anyway, interviews like this will only embolden Gregory Floyd to commit more crimes. Here is his rap sheet and here is his son's.

It has been said that anything WMUR can do to protect Kelly Ayotte now that Casey Sherman's book "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains" is out, they will do, but if that is the case this one backfired. Meanwhile I know for FACT that the townspeople want to hear a protection plan set forth for when Gregory Floyd slinks his way out of Prison.

1. Floyd was a military AWOL liarhead.
2. Assault and disturbing the peace?
3. In violation of Mass and Federal Law?
4. Held guns in Mass.
5. Search warrant signed by Judge Cyr.
6. Stole the Virgin Mary #1.
7. Stole the Virgin Mary #2.
8. Newspapers scared of Floyd.

But that's not all. Gregory Floyd, in addition to being convicted of three (3) felonies in Georgia, also went on a bit of a terror streak in Massachusetts under SSN 26*.84.838_. This is all oral but the docs are on their way. I can't believe this dirtbag was born on my birthday. Ewwwww......

Senate hopeful and former NH AG Kelly Ayotte exposed in classroom for Franconia cover up.

A YouTube/memory card video upload problem made me shoot the video again with it playing on the laptop. I give a tutorial of this new video, using actual crime scene photos that show Kelly Ayotte's lies and coverups.

"Casey Sherman was riding a fine line to get that book published," was the first comment out of one student's mouth this morning, a feeling that was echoed by several in attendance at today's KingCast discussion on the Franconia shooting tragedy and Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains

"I know and that's why retired Franconia and Sugar Hill LE Brad Whipple was not interviewed in Casey's book because he would have ripped Franconia a new one for its years of abuse and willful ignorance (benevolent despotism) of Bruce McKay's transgressions."

"What would have happened if Liko Kenney had not shot Bruce McKay,"
wondered my host and visiting Lecturer, Randolph Lieutenant George McNeil. "I mean, unless he planned on throwing that dash cam film away he just committed career suicide, look at all of the violations and the Fourth Amendment Unlawful Seizure issues his actions raised...."

Anyway things worked out so well the I'm invited back on behalf of KingCast and TOUCH 106.1 FM to present to a class on ethics. The Professor of that class is working her thesis on hate crimes, so we will be discussing the Jason Vassell case, in which the High Court Single Justice ordered Prosecutor Scheibel to hand over five (5) years of allegedly racist prosecution files at UMASS Amherst.

KingCast to expose Kelly Ayotte's bogus Franconia Investigation at Bridgewater College Criminal Justice class Wednesday, 18 Nov. 2009.

George McNeil is an interesting man with compelling and solid Law Enforcement credentials. He is a visiting lecturer at Bridgewater, whose mission is as noted on their website:
Criminal Justice

The department provides a rigorous discipline-specific curriculum aimed at developing well-rounded graduates with strong critical thinking abilities.

While we have not me in person, we have a rich and interesting dialogue in place regarding the Franconia shooting tragedy, the events that led to it and the events that have followed. Some -- but by no means all -- of these events have been discussed in Casey Sherman's "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains."

One thing I know that Casey did not discuss was the fact that respected and untainted Sugar Hill/Franconia retire LE Brad Whipple had told Franconia to fire Bruce McKay 5 years before the tragedy occurred. Watch Brad, Casey and me in the videos at the bottom of the Bad Blood launch party blog entry a couple of weeks ago.

As a former Assistant Attorney General myself, I am honored to present at Mr. McNeil's classes on Wednesday, 18 November 2009.

I. Brief intro by George
II. I will show this clip and ask if anyone has any informal opinions about what they see.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EDqdHGYv-1o

III. I will show what Ayotte AG's office left out with respect to:
A. Floyd background.
B. McKay background.
C. Day/date/time in question, Kelly Ayotte Deviations from norm.
D. Focus on that second microphone.

IV. Take more questions.

KingCast says NH's own AG pics demonstrate Franconia "Bad Blood" coverup.

Yep, that's why I'll be explaining this matter in detail to a lot of interested people shortly. Former Franconia and Sugar Hill Brad Whipple concurs.

KingCast reminder: Kelly Ayotte should be disbarred, just like Mike Nifong, and sued just as Iowa's David Richter in yesterday's Supreme Court case.

As I already told you, Mike Nifong was disbarred for his fabrications in the Duke rape case.

In Boston, the Court is soft-peddling the white prosecutor who did the same thing to Bernard Baran, who spent 21 years behind bars. I'll be following up to see what, if any discipline is meted out.

Answer: Nothing. Daniel Ford has even served as a Judge.

And now the U.S. Supreme Court is hearing the case of Terry Harrington vs. David Richter, as noted on NPR. These two black men were framed as boys and sent to prison for allegedly killing a white police officer in the snooty Council Bloughs, Iowa suburb back in 1977. In Boston these are echoes of the Jason Vassell case I've been following where bigoted white prosecutors selectively prosecute black males. From NPR:
The Supreme Court has indeed said that prosecutors are immune from suit for anything they do at trial. But in this case, Harrington and McGhee maintain that before anyone being charged, prosecutors gathered evidence alongside police, interviewed witnesses and knew the testimony they were assembling was false.

In New Hampshire former NH AG Kelly Ayotte -- the State's highest Prosecutor -- lied and fabricated evidence in the franconia shooting tragedy involving Liko Kenney, Bruce McKay and Gregory Floyd. Read these posts and check these videos at the book launch for Casey Sherman's "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains." Sherman calls for a new investigation as do former Franconia LE Brad Whipple and I. Sadly, instead of stepping down with some measure of dignity, Kelly Ayotte has the nerve to flee and run a campaign for U.S. Senate.

For shame, for shame. The North Country of New Hampshire is fighting back and I'm glad to be a part of that, read the Petition. I hope Terry Harrington and Curtis McGhee are permitted to sue the living daylights out of the public officials who race-baited an entire community and ruined these men's lives. Here's Terry Harrington leaving prison in April, 2009:

Bad Blood: Why Kelly Ayotte cannot be trusted and should never be a Senator.

Casey said, inter alia:
"It was sold as bad kid, good cop, hero samaritan saves the day..... but it was anything but that..... and that's what Bad Blood is all about."
The Boston Police video follows and I received that today in response to my Wednesday weekly 5:30p segment at TOUCH Beat 106.1 FM, stream online and listen to the segment here. It is courtesy Joanna Marinova, Co-Director of PresspassTV Programs and Operations. Sorry for the grain guys, I shot it on video setting in between vids. Also pictured is Oliver Ruff with Marc Lidsky sorry Marc ;) and Yours Truly. Oliver, Marc and I had some very interesting discussions that will be followed by a November Criminal Justice program with Casey, Brad Whipple and me, see below and stay tuned.

Glenn Beck endorses Paul Hodes over Kelly Ayotte for Senate, enter Jim Bender

I have it on Good Faith and direct observation that not even Republican henchman Glenn Beck supports current front-runner Kelly Ayotte for Senate, and that he went as far as to endorse Democrat Paul Hodes on Fox News at 5.

Perhaps he read about Kelly Ayotte's deviations from protocol in the Franconia shooting tragedy, or perhaps he knew about how she lied and covered up for Gregory W. Floyd, or perhaps he knew about her legacy in general, including Bad Cop Fred Hoysradt, but whatever, right on Glenn.

Time to have a chat with Ayotte's fellow Republican Jim Bender.
Bender, 56, becomes the fifth potential GOP candidate. Coming on the heels of the New Hampshire Sunday News exclusive report on the potential candidacy of businessman William Binnie of Rye, Bender's entrance into the mix could be another early indication of GOP uncertainty about front-runner Kelly Ayotte's budding candidacy.

She was a horrible, lying AG and she would be a horrible, lying Senator.

From the Paulhus "investigation" here is forensic specialist Paul Erwin Kish:

The legacy of Kelly Ayotte, Senior AAG Jeff Strelzin, NH State Rep. Martha McLeod, HB 1428 and Bruce McKay.

Bada-Bing, Bada-Boom! Thanks to the tool for reminding me about this situation by writing some hateful comments in about how s/he was trying to defeat S 8013, Robert Taylor's Law. Here is some of my testimony on that from earlier this week.

Robert Taylor deserves a bill in his honor. Bruce McKay does not deserve a road named in his.

Did you know that in Boston, they are actually reviewing 5 police cases? Did you know that in NH I wrote this letter (thankfully former) State Rep. Martha McLeod about Civilian Review boards and HB 58 but she never wrote back and hid out with the NH AG's office and trash-talked me with Senior AG Jeffrey Strelzin. Read the emails between them right here. I'll definitely discuss this on my radio show this week or next.

PS: Did you know that while the major media focused on Bode getting a ticket for 83 in a 40 or 50, the bigger issue is that Bruce McKay once tried to serve him a ticket for speeding based on hearsay, and he also caused the Tamarack vans to be title-searched as if they were stolen. He hated all things Miller and Kenney, so when you add that to the 7 Pursuit and OC Spray violations documented herein of course Liko was scared of him, freaked-out and shot him. It's sad and tragic, but hardly rocket-science.

Speaking of rockets, I spoke with Davey last night and he says Chelone is on top of the snow boarding World, and I am happy for him, he's a great kid, animated and just a barrel of laughs. Check him out at Arbor's website. And here's Liko on YouTube talking about him in this 5/11/2009 post: "Cha-lone-eeeee...."

KingCast seeks independent review of all sound files in the Franconia tragedy to hear the Floyd gunshot sequence.

KingCast note: I specifically voiced my concerns about evidence tampering or destruction back on 21 March 2008 in "RSA 91-A request and KingCast explains why the original Bruce McKay dash cam video of 5/11 with Liko Kenney may have been altered." Read that post to see how I wonder why it was taking so long to get to hear the original VHS after Judge Vaughn ordered Kelly to produce it. And read in these comments (#3) a copy of a comment made back then.

Another note: Forensic specialist Paul Erwin Kish (Principles of bloodstain pattern analysis) determined that evidence in the Michael Paulhus police shooting (settled for $85K) -- in which unlawful use of force was alleged -- was destroyed under Kelly Ayotte's auspices. Read his report right here:

Another note: Police altered audio in Durham, NC so don't say that it doesn't happen.

"Durham County Assistant District Attorney Jim Dornfried said the original tape was intact, but admitted police handed over a copy as evidence with some audio edited from it."

What a difference a little time (18 months) and reflection provides: Today I am in touch with some top-notch acoustic forensic specialists in order to see if we can figure out exactly why one cannot hear the Gregory Floyd shot sequence, given that the back seat mic on the Tahoe was on for the relevant period of time. When Bruce McKay's hip/shoulder mic cuts out and you hear things more faintly, that is the back seat mic of the Tahoe that McKay forgot to turn off while he was flying stealth on 5/11.

Why on Earth would he fly stealth when dealing with Liko Kenney, one would logically ask, given their history if McKay was on the up and up he should want total transparency, right?

Take a listen to three separate clips
that my film maker took from Bruce McKay's original VHS dash cam after I won that right in RSA 91-A Right to Know litigation, and see if you can explain why we can't hear any of the six (6) shots that (thankfully) former NH AG Kelly Ayotte admits were fired, read the ballistics report.

http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=1519044
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=7577335
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=1835756

So anyway, one can hear sirens, a couple of odd clicks and -- gasp -- SILENCE during the one minute interval it took for Gregory Floyd to murder Liko Kenney, after Liko Kenney shot Bruce McKay out of apprehension for his own safety, in my opinion.

We need to get this analysed because then, and only then can we truly know when Floyd (or McKay, but I doubt it) fired the windshield bullet into Liko's car. Look at the angle of the windshield bullet, below. It DID NOT happen with Floyd standing at carside, allegedly telling Liko Kenney to put down his gun. That's because that entire story is poppycock as Floyd, Floyd's son and Caleb Macaulay ALL said that Floyd shot without saying a single word. That doesn't fit Kelly Ayotte's official story though so that's why she never conducted any analysis of the windshield bullet, even though she analysed the bullets in a barn and in Connie McKenzie's house -- where NOBODY DIED for Pete's sake.

Note: The last two are the same except that I had a local sound expert filter out the engine noise from the Tahoe -- you know the one that left the tire tracks we see above that Bruce McKay left as he violated 7 OC Spray and Pursuit policies to bash Liko's car and OC Spray him and Caleb without any comment, direction or warning.

As a former Assistant Attorney General it pains me to say this,
but it echoes what State Rep Sorg said last year (Caledonian Record, read comments for excerpt). Small wonder he got shot and small wonder Kelly Ayotte left office before Casey Sherman's book, "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains" was published last week. Here's what Casey said:

p. 212-213
"One could argue that the evidence to warrant such an (new) investigation against Floyd had been there from the very beginning. Kelly Ayotte has been and will forever be roundly critized for her rush to judgement regarding Greg Floyd. The Attorney General painted herself in a corner in her apparent need to paint Floyd as a hero. Had Ayotte shown the proper patience in the case, she would have discovered quite early the serious questions surrounding Floyd's alleged heroic deed." [KingCast observation: She is in charge of the investigation and such knowledge is imputed to her]

1. "Greg Floyd's initial testimony that he never warned Liko Kenney before he fired the fatal shot. (This detail was corroborated by Kenney's passenger Caleb Macaulay)."

2. "Floyd's bizarre behavior and statements," including killing as many as "43 people for the government" and current legal drug use vis a vis his conversation with Caleb "Sir you can't shoot me you'll be charged with murder," to which Floyd responded "I'm on medication so it won't matter."

3. Greg Floyd's penchant for violent behavior had been well established by police before the May 11, 2007 shooting.
"There is no question in my mind that Greg Floyd's actions in the case should have been examined more closely."

I'll concur and point you to the documents that Kelly Ayotte withheld for no lawful reason about Floyd's criminal past and his military lies. I retrieved said documents from the Department of Safety via Attorney Marta Modigliani. If she lied about that who can safely put it past her to alter audio tapes?

Not me. Best to have someone take a look-see so we can at least clear her name on that piece. As to the rest of her coverups, those will follow her for the rest of her life, including her specious run for U.S. Senate.

YouTube: KingCast, Casey Sherman and veteran officer Brad Whipple call for new, open and honest Franconia investigation.

Among other things I discuss the 2003 Constitutional violations at Fox Hill Park, and at precisely 4:20 I note that "being in a suspicious place at a suspicious time" does not provide Probable Cause to detain anyone. Listen to more on WKXL Concord 1450AM/103.9FM.

Here is a random yet on point post from 26 July 2007, just 10 weeks after the tragedy.

Thursday, October 1, 2009

Hey KingCast what does Casey Sherman say about Gregory Floyd, Kelly Ayotte and you in "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains?"

Well not much about me except I'm more like Erkel on speed than Don King to those who have tried to paint me as somehow using Franconia for my personal gain, LOL.

I can deal with that, more about me at the end of the post. For now let's get on to Ayotte and Floyd. First here is my comment and post about the fact that she should reopen the investigation:

18 August 2008
KingCast This American Life epiphany #4: Kelly Ayotte must reopen the Franconia shooting tragedy, step down from office or be disbarred.

2. Trooper Cooper directly told Gregory W. Floyd that this information was crucial to the investigation. To quote,
"Later our crime scene people are going to be taking those weapons and my question is what state is it gonna' be in now and how did it get to that state."

3. You covered up for Gregory W. Floyd from the beginning, when you failed to provide document #1 to the World public, showing that Floyd lied about Vietnam action.
4. You and Attorney Strelzin continued to cover up for Floyd by quoting his third, unsubstantiated statement that he spoke to Liko Kenney before firing when his first two statements -- supported by his own son and Caleb Macaulay -- were directly contrary. I documented those statements against interest right here.
5. You failed to explain how several spent McKay casings appear 30 feet from Liko Kenney’s car if Floyd was standing next to Liko’s car and talking with him. The pictures don't lie.
6. You failed to explain whether or not Bruce McKay fired any rounds or if Floyd fired all of the six (6) or more bullets from McKay’s gun. Floyd claimed he shot only once or twice, but his son said he shot at least three (3) more times.

In the end, she stepped down.

************

Now for the tool who says we don't agree, here is Casey Sherman's take on the matter:

p. 212-213 "One could argue that the evidence to warrant such an (new) investigation against Floyd had been there from the very beginning.

And of course the windshield bullet goes without saying but it's all wrapped up in the package and that's part of the reason why Casey took a picture of it that appears on p.114 with the caption: "The author was taken here by Chris King and Brad Whipple -- two men who refuse to let this case die."

p. 203 Sherman also writes "...one cannot deny that he has had his share of success. King was responsible for uploading the Sarah E. arrest video onto YouTube and he also released man of the Liko-Kenney--McKay case documents on his Web site. He has been spurned by many so-called legitimate reporters, but Chris King has been a tenacious advocate for the Kenney family and a major thorn in the side of New Hampshire law enforcement."

Hey KingCast, some tool said you and Casey Sherman "are not even close to beng[sic] on the same page."

Read the comments to see the conversation between the Tool (not the sharpest of the shed that's for certain) and Yours Truly. Meanwhile I'm making my way through Casey Sherman's book about the Franconia Shooting Tragedy, "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains," and before you skip to the comments section I have a few more observations for the Tool on the front page, right here and above-the-fold (for you old-schoolers!). Stay tuned for the Sherman/KingCast joint interview at 8am 8 October on TouchFM stream it here.

Remember, Sherman was assigned to the story from the get-go. He is watching the Bruce McKay dash cam video with his peers. Remember, I have the sound file from the ORIGINAL tape that I successfully sued Kelly Ayotte to review. You should have been in THAT room when my film maker and I dubbed it into our machines.

Anyway first read the policies that Bruce McKay violated, as I documented some time ago:

Second is Policy D: Pursuit Tactics:
(3) Officer shall not attempt to overtake a fleeing vehicle.

(4) Officers may not intentionally use their vehicle to bump or ram the suspect's vehicle in order to force the vehicle to stop or to be pushed into a ditch.

Pursuit shall be immediately terminated in any of the following circumstances:

(E) The suspects identity has been established to the point that later apprehension can be accomplished, and there is no longer any need for immediate apprehension.

What part of that did McKay not understand? Over a damn inspection sticker? Something in the water does not compute. I hate this guy -- he also violated the OC Spray policies and then he died.

Now read Casey Sherman's interpretation with his colleagues.

167: "The sheer violence of the collision stunned all of those watching it." [See investigative file photos below]

167: "...[McKay] doused [Liko] and [Caleb Macaulay] with what looked to be the entire canister of pepper spray. My colleagues and I let out another collective groan as we watched Liko's head disappear under the orange fog."

168: "There are many questions to be answered in this case, but it becomes much clearer that the officer's actions were overaggressive and had certainly contributed to his own death." [KingCast observation: That's why former AG Kelly Ayotte and the Franconia PD failed to analyse the (im)propriety of the final traffic stop, it was a loser for them, a real non-starter. But yet it is THEIR JOB TO DO SO. Now the U.S. House or Senate will have to step in when Kelly runs for Senate weighed down with this junk in her trunk.

143: Ayotte's speedy decision to absolve Floyd of any wrongdoing is peculiar, given the amount of prescription drugs in his system, his violent past and the fact that he was forbidden by law from using a firearm (KingCast observation: Apparently not under NH Law, but certainly under 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1), which then Senator Joe Biden told me he would vigorously enforce once he was in office. Look at the picture of us talk about it in Nashua.

Page uncertain, quoting medical/LE: "Bruce's body is evidence." Yep, so that's why we needed to see the reports about the GSR on Liko Kenney's clothing, on Caleb Macaulay's clothing, on Bruce McKay's clothing/hands and to a lesser extent, Gregory Floyd's clothing/hands. But Kelly Ayotte told me and the Court that no such documents existed. That belies credibility as it is in the protocol to collect that information. Who is she fooling?

174: On the OC Spraying of Sarah, brought to you through KingCast litigation: "The video was painful to watch. Why did McKay allow a simple request for shin guards to devolve into a violent struggle?" [Note: he threatened his own co-workers, read the letters from Fire Chief Flanders right here, para. 4].

Flanders:
"[McKay said: If you ever touch my cruiser again you will be in more trouble than you can handle." Then he went south through the accident scene at a high rate of speed that was "totally uncalled for." Mr. Whitcomb was "curious why he was even at the scene as I don't recall hearing anyone involved ever calling for him."
