This blog is an informative, interactive journey through the legal life of Kelly Ayotte. Not the life you hear about in most major media, but the dirty, seamy underside..... The fish rots at the head:
Good ol' Grand Cayman Carbon-Bag Kelly even ignored her Senior Attorney on filing Amicus in Mass v. EPA, 127 U.S. 1438 (2007) read the emails here.

KingCast quick note to Nashua City Attorney Stephen Bennett: Don't abdicate your responsibilities as Town Counsel on Freedom of the Press, First Amendment.
Dear Attorney Bennett: The Nashua Telegraphs reports that you told them my Complaint against First Amendment/Freedom of the Press abuse was a police matter and that you had no comment.
May I remind you that part of your Statutory Duty is to inform the Police Department on crucial issues that relate to the prosecution of their duties?
I'll put it to you like this: If I walk past one of your uniformed Officers at another Kelly Ayotte/GOP rally and I get arrested, no Jury in the World is going to convict me of anything, then I am going to sue the living snot out of Kelly Ayotte, the GOP, and the Officers that you are supposed to advise not to arrest me. Malicious Prosecution, Wrongful Arrest, Constitutional Claims, the whole nine yards Counselor. In fact, I have enough to sue them right now.
Freedom of the press is a fundamental personal right which is not confined to newspapers and periodicals. . . . The press in its historic connotation comprehends every sort of publication which affords a vehicle of information and opinion.
I was correct three years ago and I am correct now. So you can do the short work now or the long, expensive work later, the choice is yours.
Very Truly Yours,
Christopher King, J.D.
