Senator Kelly Ayotte

Senator Kelly Ayotte

KingCast quick note to Nashua City Attorney Stephen Bennett: Don't abdicate your responsibilities as Town Counsel on Freedom of the Press, First Amendment.

Dear Attorney Bennett: The Nashua Telegraphs reports that you told them my Complaint against First Amendment/Freedom of the Press abuse was a police matter and that you had no comment.

May I remind you that part of your Statutory Duty is to inform the Police Department on crucial issues that relate to the prosecution of their duties?

I'll put it to you like this: If I walk past one of your uniformed Officers at another Kelly Ayotte/GOP rally and I get arrested, no Jury in the World is going to convict me of anything, then I am going to sue the living snot out of Kelly Ayotte, the GOP, and the Officers that you are supposed to advise not to arrest me. Malicious Prosecution, Wrongful Arrest, Constitutional Claims, the whole nine yards Counselor. In fact, I have enough to sue them right now.

Mortgage Specialists v. Implode Explode Industries, May 6, 2010 (Rockingham 2009-262):
Freedom of the press is a fundamental personal right which is not confined to newspapers and periodicals. . . . The press in its historic connotation comprehends every sort of publication which affords a vehicle of information and opinion.
I was correct three years ago and I am correct now. So you can do the short work now or the long, expensive work later, the choice is yours.
Very Truly Yours,
Christopher King, J.D.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-mY_xCskXs

(No wonder the Telegraph said my blog was "acidic" I've got so many asshats like this guy wandering around in here they are idiots who drag me down to their level and then beat me with experience.

Bill also said he would have shot Kelly Ayotte's hero Bruce McKay himself, and that Ayotte's other hero Greg Floyd should be Tried for Murder.

    Read it all here.

    *********

Blah blah blah blah blah..... look at yer panties all in a bunch, Mr. Billy Boy.

What's my First Amendment record like in Nashua?
    1. School Board -- threatened to sue, policy changed, won it.

    2. Kelly Ayotte Unauthorized Practice of Law as NAACP Legal Chair for using Constitutionally-protected First Amendment Rights for Willie Toney -- Dismissed, won it.

    3. State v. King, Attempted Felony Extortion for same use of First Amendment Rights, Nol-Prossed (Dismissed per Union Leader, won it.

    4. First Amendment Commendation from Nashua Mayor Streeter, won it.

And this letter is brilliant Bill because I circulated it to the Town and the paper has made Attorney Bennett aware of it, so now Attorney Bennett is inspired to take action one way or another, a responsible attorney in his position needs to address First Amendment issues one way or the other.

    Duh.

  2. Some fathead tool asked me if I seriously consider myself a Journalist, so I told him in a word, yes.

Here's some good Journalism for you:

KingCast reveals the real rap sheet on Gregory W. Floyd and asks why Kelly Ayotte continues to protect him, the Teflon Don of North Country.

Remember how I went to the State Department of Safety and obtained a number of documents about Gregory W. Floyd from Attorney Marta Modigliani? Well here are some of them, and there are more I will obtain before we rock the movie. As you read this be aware that Floyd is not allowed to have a gun, pursuant to U.S. v. Ruckman.

    1. Floyd was a military AWOL liarhead.
    2. Assault and disturbing the peace?
    3. In violation of Mass and Federal Law?
    4. Held guns in Mass.

But that's not all. Gregory Floyd, in addition to being convicted of three (3) felonies in Georgia, also went on a bit of a terror streak in Massachusetts under SSN 26*.84.838_. This is all oral but the docs are on their way. I can't believe this dirtbag was born on my birthday. Ewwwww......

  3. I'm the fathead to which you refer and I did not ASK you if you seriously considered yourself a journalist. I stated that you were not a legitimate journalist. More proof in your own words that you are not in fact a journalist. You can't even accurately report things that happen to you...

    ReplyDelete
  4. Actually fathead don't ASSume I was talking about you, there's more than one idiot like you out there.

And yes, I seriously consider myself a journalist and have the background and results to do so, fathead.

    Ciao.

    -The KingCaster.

PS: Want more? I'm like Toyota, you got it -- Kelly ALREADY considered me a journalist, that will be terrific in court when I kick her ass, hahahaha.....

    ReplyDelete
  5. I'm sorry Chris, you are 100% correct! I m sure there are thousands just like me who don't consider you a real journalist either, my bad!

  6. 4:40
No problem, bro.... I have no problem addressing each and every one of you idiots.

To you a real journalist is one who says and asks what you want them to say and ask. Stick to the facts, you can't show where I've disrupted anything, asked an irrelevant question, or anything.

It's just all about you and your opinion, and you being an asshat.

    Good Morning, Soldier.

    ReplyDelete
  7. But you sure do spend an inordinate amount of time in my blog, do you always spend so much time on non-journalists who purportedly have nothing to say?

Don't you have some George swill to read?

    Tool.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Actually, I never said you had nothing to say. I never said you weren't within your rights to say it. I just stated that you aren't a real journalist but you are claiming to be in an effort to gain access to someone with whom you have negative opinions about. I have no issue with who you are or what you do. I just want to you to be truthful that you are an activist and are going after Ayotte as an activist and not as a reporter. I feel you are hiding behind the constitution in order to cause trouble for a senatorial candidate. That's my whole issue with you. No more no less...

I don't read George Will or Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck or any other pundit's rantings. I generally don't read the Op-Ed page in the paper either. I read books on history and non-fiction, usually.
I am preparing to go to Afghanistan and I find that consuming myself with you is a pleasant distraction and serves as a way for me to agitate you as you have agitated me by making a scene at two events not designed for you or real members of the press. By attacking Ayotte you have attacked me. I am collateral damage to your activism so this is a way for me to vent that to the source of my agitation, you!

    ReplyDelete
  9. And you spend an inordinate amount of time defending yourself to me, by the way.

And call me Paul, Chris, please. Tool makes you sound repetitive and, frankly, makes you appear less professional to me. I think we should be on a first name basis. Once I ship out I will not be spending any time on you as I will need to focus my free time on my wife, kids, mother, etc so our exchanges will be ending soon enough.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Well Paul, here's The Deal:

As I noted, I have said good things about Kelly Ayotte as well. If I were to show up at her events, which are open to all other journalists, and say only good things, Kelly would have no problem with me. But she can't have it that way brother, doesn't work like that in America.

    Simple.

As to my acumen as a journalist, I'm clearly a journalist. History as a reporter with a daily and an editor with a weekly, radio shows over the past several months and a new assignment coming shortly.

Your contention that I somehow become something less than a journalist because I have probing or negative questions for Kelly does not hold Constitutional muster, pure and simple.

Plus I never disrupted anything at any rally, and you saw the Gentlemen who is the Professor at Dartmouth noted "we were having a good conversation."

    'Nuff sed.

  11. PS: And be safe and Good Luck on your return to Active Service. I may not agree with the Presidents, or with war, but when our troops head out and they (you) make that Conscious Decision to do so, I respect you all the way.

Lots of military in my family, Uncle Joe went the highest but sheez, I got 4 Uncles and 2 first cousins who saw Active Duty and several other who did ROTC.
