New KingCast movie coming: NH AG Mike Delaney to try Gregory Floyd for Murder after his public admission; Statement Against Penal Interest.

Oh, yah, as I noted earlier today you can scarcely find it on the Internet, but I found it and added some points of fact for your viewing pleasure. And much to the consternation of NH AG cum U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte and her pals at Wikipedia.

Get your morning tea and crumpets ready, perhaps some clotted cream, etc.

Of course even a welder masquerading as a former JAG Attorney who commits adultery with his married neighbor and who follows me around all over the Internet proclaiming I'm a fraud knows Greg Floyd should be tried for murder.

Common sense and simple physics prove Senator Kelly Ayotte lied about the Franconia shooting tragedy because Greg Floyd started shooting at least 30' away from Liko Kenney and without speaking to him.

KingCast wonders why WMUR and WBZ took down the footage of Greg Floyd reacting angrily after his 15 April, 2008 conviction of criminal gun threats?

Top photo KingCast.net, streetside photos of Floyd family and KingCast with Casey Sherman are courtesy M deRham, screen caps I forget where I made them because the underlying video was removed; bottom pic Littleton Courier.

WBZ video: Down.
WMUR video: Down.
KingCast prior coverage: Up.

But removal is not an automatic thing, they continue to host many videos from the same time period, interesting.

Well anyway I might have captured it myself and you can see him lunge at me with a deadly weapon, I will check my files.

What was funny is that that WMUR cut out the part with me in it and yet called it raw footage, and people have the nerve to try to question my journalistic integrity, pshaw.

Meanwhile here's a ripped version on LiveLeak in which Senator Kelly Ayotte's "hero" Greg Floyd admits that he murdered Liko Kenney when I tell him "You murdered Liko Kenney dude."

Ever heard of a Statement against Penal Interest?

That's why they threatened to arrest me when that exchange occurred, and that's why Kelly Ayotte's "hero" he can't get representation in Liko Kenney v. Greg Floyd et al., 2010-CV-181; wait until NH Department of Safety Attorney Marta Modigliani sends me those fingerprint analyses from 5/11 that Kelly Ayotte's office said they didn't have. Here's the Case Update and RSA 91-A Request.

This is important see, 'cos Trooper Cooper expressly told Greg Floyd that there would be fingerprinting and such, and that it was going to be extremely important to find out how the guns got to be in the state they are in, i.e. how did Liko Kenney's second clip get inserted into his gun, and how did Greg Floyd go home with Liko Kenney's live round in his shirt pocket..... Likely Answer: Floyd put the second clip in the gun to make it appear that Liko was still armed and dangerous and threatening him.

The State has managed to get Trooper Cooper's comments yanked from most of my old posts -- look at this one for example, it resembles Swiss Cheese now -- but I've still got the file, and Liko's lawyers can simply request the so-called "investigative" CD from Senator Kelly Ayotte's erstwhile cover-up colleagues, who BTW are still stalling on my RSA 91-A Ralph Holder document request.

Lastly, at right are some comments from the Union Leader. I can assure you that none of them are mine because they don't let me post there.

Common sense and simple physics
prove Senator Kelly Ayotte lied about the Franconia shooting tragedy because Greg Floyd started shooting at least 30' away from Liko Kenney and without speaking to him.

KingCast presents: A visit from Kelly Ayotte's Niggermania pal Blue Sky Dragon.

Here's his worthless POS 2-profile view Big Red Meat homage YouTube Channel, he's a bovine-brained jackass, pure and simple. Nice that he would spend so much time on a "nuisance" though, isn't it? Perhaps what he really doesn't like is the KingCast Demand for Disclosure in KingCast v. Friends of Kelly Ayotte et al., NH Dist. 2010-CV-501.

He lacks the sack to type out the name "Niggermania," he writes in euphemisms.... "The website."

I'm just playin' though, dawg. As the movie says, you're my favorite nigger, thanks for the bump.

Today's Fractured Fairy Tale: Dan Mullen and KingCast chillin' at the spot.

And in today's episode we find one-half of New Hampshire's Dastardly Duo (No, not Natasha, but Kelly Ayotte) hanging out at the Boylston Street Mac Store, The spot for me was Capital Access TV where I laid out a First Amendment - Open Government manifesto as well as any talking head could possibly do it, at 22:50 onward.

The spot for Dan Mullen -- still subject to the pending Rule 3.3 Ethics Complaint for lying about me -- was at the Mac Store. And it will be anywhere I want it to be.

Here's a nice October 2008 journal entry about Kelly Ayotte and Open Government in which the Union Leader editorial "Killers at large, AG's office silent." dresses Ms. Kelly right on down, but not nearly as thoroughly as I do. Anyway Dan, be careful what you cook in the oven, sometimes it might just explode on you:

KingCast presents 28 U.S.C. §455 McLane, Graf Organizational Chart of Substantial Contacts with Judge Landya B. McCafferty in KingCast v. Ayotte, NH Dist. 2010-CV-501.

Update: Kelly Ayotte responds -- try again guys Justice Kagan is going to love this:
I'll post the whole document and my reply including the org chart later tonight, but meanwhile Defendant Ayotte issued a response that references the WRONG USC section: Plaintiff did not know about the conflict ab initio, otherwise he would have filed under 28 U.S.C. §144. But there are two distinct statutes involved, so Plaintiff will now educate Defendants to the fact that they cannot now blame Plaintiff for not knowing something he could not have known prior to hearing, particularly given the fact that Nashua PD Defense Counsel Brian Cullen told him Mary Tenn was defending Kelly Ayotte, hence this 26 October 2010 journal entry warning her about the "win at all costs" mentality espoused by her would-be client.
Seriously, one well-respected area attorney just told me "Jesus, King, you didn't even fucking know......"
Defendant counsel Jack Middleton et al. want to play games..... well they can say hello to my Little Friend:
Well before I get there, let me remind you that Miss Kelly said that Justice Kagan's views were fringe and ridiculous, but in a while Justice Kagan will have a chance to evaluate whether Kelly Ayotte's position on threatening to arrest a diligent black reporter at publicly-avertised events on commericial property subject to State and Local licensing and permitting is fringe and ridiculous.

Landya_McCafferty_Disclosure_Memorandum_of_Law,_NH_Dist._2010-CV-501_(as_filed)
May it please the Court: Defense Counsel have threatened to move for Attorney Fees and to move to Strike any and all references Plaintiff KingCast made with respect to the fact that KingCast should have been informed of a potential Conflict of Interest mandating 28 U.S.C. §455 recusal of Magistrate Judge Landya McCafferty, who sided with Defendants on every single issue of fact in the 2 November, 2010 TRO Hearing. Plaintiff should have been notified to avoid the appearance of partiality, see related case law in the email chain at Exhibit 2.

I feel comfortable in my position and look forward to a full and fair hearing on the merits and any and all challenges that may present themselves at subsequent Courts of Appeal.
Christopher King, J.D.

PS: Perhaps Judge LaPlante properly recused himself because he may be the same Normand LaPlante who contributed $1,000.00 to Friends of Kelly Ayotte.

KingCast gets another visit from the Manchester, NH wikipedia COINTELPRO officer.

What's so interesting about this post, I wonder?

And why did Daily Kos kick me off of the board after I wrote this?

Liko Kenney v. Greg Floyd et al. lawsuit updates + KingCast RSA 91-A Request for Franconia shooting tragedy Greg Floyd and all other fingerprint analyses.

Top and other photos KingCast.net except as noted, next two photos courtesy M deRham (KingCast & Casey Sherman and Papa Floyd in his once-haughty mode) about to flick a cigarillo toward me before he lunged at me with a deadly weapon later. He also told a high school Admin "I know where you live and the route you take home, and if you're not careful they are going to take you home in a body bag." Kelly Ayotte and other NH LE knew this. Here's a 411 Motherlode.

Remember this post? Well I haven't had the time to track this case, but I now have Greg Floyd's Pro Se Motions for Extensions of Time in which to issue a basic Answer to Liko Kenney's lawsuit. Magistrate McCafferty had told him he was subject to Default if he did not answer by late November, but he still doesn't know how to do this and can't get a lawyer to help him. That's because he's a scumbag liar, and a multiple felon, all things that Senator Kelly Ayotte knew about and hid, as I have shown in this journal like no one else. This is from his Motion for Extension to 30 Jan, 2011 to Answer a Complaint he received in hand back on 9 August, 2010.

And Kelly Ayotte and the GOP hate my Fourth Estate guts for what I do, there is a fascist pig jackass named Ryan Williams, NH GOP Communications Chair who threw me out of the Nashua Joe Arpaio love-fest (full video with Nashua GOP Chair Karen Thoman smacking my camera with an air of white skin privilege)+(two minute short version) with a disdainful haughty air and the insouciant comment "You are not a journalist." Well journalize THIS, pal, GOTCHA. Plus I'm a shade too dark to be doing what I do out here, remember John McCain loves to throw him some negroes out of those lilly-white publicly-advertised events, does the name Stephen Price ring a bell?

Anyway, back to Greg Floyd, lawyers won't go near him because they know about his fingerprint problem and the windshield bullet, check the photos and Greg Floyd's own statements in Kelly Ayottes "investigative" files.

Wherefore: Dear Attorney Modigliani or other Keeper of Records: Pursuant to RSA 91-A please immediately provide a copy of any and all fingerprint analyses conducted relative to the Franconia shooting tragedy of 11 May, 2007.
Respectfully submitted, Christopher King, J.D.

KingCast open letter to Daniel Pearl Freedom of Press Act author Adam Schiff and President Barack Obama regarding Senator Kelly Ayotte Free Press lawsuit; Wikipedia coverup & censorship.

Dear Honorable Statesman Schiff and President Obama:

I am honored to write you and pleased that you share the same commitment to Free Press as I do. The Daniel Pearl Freedom of Press Act is a crucial development on the International landscape, yet it is somewhat ironic that we take basic Free Press principles for granted here in the U.S.. The Democrats have been quite reasonable when it comes to me, as noted in my press picture at the Obama/Deval Patrick rally and at an earlier Deval Patrick rally (watch the video) but there are problems coming from the Republicans and Tea Party people:

Here is an entry I filed on Wikipedia today after some people on Wikipedia seemed unsure as to why it is important that all reporters are granted access to publicly-advertised political rallies that are held on commercial property subject to substantial State and Local licensing and regulation. GOP and Tea Party racists and haters of Free Press cannot selectively deny media access on viewpoint and race-based criteria pursuant to NAACP v. Thompson,  648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,(1986), as I noted on this Statewide Public Access television program Capitol Access TV Episode 142Meanwhile, Wikipedia removed this post in an act of outright censorship:
===Free Press===
The Nashua Telegraph is the State's second-largest newspaper according to Wikipedia. The newspaper noted that Christopher King "KingCast.net" was escorted out by the police at a GOP/Joe Arpaio rally after he attempted to interview Kelly Ayotte at a publicly-advertised political rally. Mr. King has sued Friends of Kelly Ayotte, New Hampshire and Nashua GOP and Nashua Police Department for being refused admittance to that event and two other GOP events. The case is before the New Hampshire Federal District Court. Among the legal questions the suit could potentially raise is whether a private gathering that vigorously seeks media coverage can bar or expel some reporters but not others. http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/news/887281-196/blogger-sues-ayotte-others-over-access.html
Direct link to Plaintiff's lawsuit in KingCast v. Friends of Kelly Ayotte, GOP and Nashua PD, U.S. Dist. NH 2010-CV-501, and direct links to Plaintiff's Memoranda in Opposition to some rather specious Motions to Dismiss. Videos are embedded in the documents and at the end of the Memoranda hosted on wepapers.

Direct link to Plaintiff's 28 U.S.C. §455 Motion for Disclosure as Defense Counsel Jack Middleton was Judge Landya B. McCafferty's boss and Kelly Ayotte's boss, as a founder of McLane, Graf et al. It is widely believed that this firm, which donated generously to Senator Ayotte in her campaign run, also directly helped Her Honor in her ascension to the Bench that occurred earlier this year. This association was not disclosed to Plaintiff when it certainly should have been, particularly as outgoing Magistrate Judge Muirhead -- himself a McLane, Graf Disciple -- served as a mentor to Judge McCafferty in the transition. That doesn't smell right, but then again neither does the fact that Kelly Ayotte won't disavow any support she receives from online house of hate "Niggermania," who said my case "smells like a nigger," watch the video.

Read these threatening emails from Defense Counsel and my response set them on their tuchii; note that they tried to remove Jack Middleton from the chain but I put him right back in there.

Perhaps these are some of the reasons why U.S. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan's staff is following my Tweets and well they should: This case is headed straight for them. As someone who has worked for the government as an Assistant Attorney General and as someone who has written for and edited large and medium-sized daily and weekly newspapers I will not be denied my Fundamental Right to attend and report, and to gather and to disseminate information just as the Plaintiff's won in NAACP v. Thompson,  648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,(1986),

Here are the Defendants' cited cases that don't amount to a hill of beans. They are not on point and wholly irrelevant to the factual and legal backdrop of this case:

For example, on the First Amendment claims Nashua PD cites to State v. Dupuy, 118 N.H. 848 (1978), a case that does not involve political rallies at which some members of the media were allowed but not others. Dupuy was a trespasser at a nuclear power plant -- not a political rally attended by other invited reporters. And Defendant's cited case of Kay v. NH Democratic Party, 821 F.2d  31 (1st Cir. 1987) fails because Kay was attempting to barge in and take a place on the podium, and Plaintiff already agrees that such activity is not supported by law. Again, in the political context the NAACP cases are most instructive, and the same exact holding would be contemplated by  Invisible Empire of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, Maryland Chapter v. Town of Thurmont, MD. 700 F.Supp. 281 (1998).

Lastly, here is the YouTube video relative to the myopic efforts of Wikipedia to eliminate any discussion of Senator Ayotte's stance on Free Press.

Update: The wikstupidia tools are at it again. This time it is yet another excuse when someone following the issue (whom I only met last month) who agrees with me attempted to post to the "talk" forums, a place where they put things they hope will go away. They locked this individual out for a whole MONTH because s/he dared to support the KingCast position, and s/he assured me that no zombie programs were used at all, just a concerned citizen trying to post.
Another would-be poster (Fourth Estate) sent me these attempts to edit but the vermin scumbag hypocrite sellouts removed all of this as well. This all begs the question: Who is really running the Internet and who is paying or threatening or influence-peddling wikipedia to bury this issue?

KingCast Christmas Present for Justice: Withdrawal of Plaintiff's Rule 11 Motion for Sanctions lets the Kelly Ayotte Free Press racial lawsuit head toward SCOTUS without any undue friction.

I've got enough to beat these guys without this hassle, as noted in the pleadings linked in para. 5 of the MBF Leasing Kelly Ayotte AG Dereliction of Duty post.

Now they can't distract the Court arguing about whether my Motion was frivolous, and we stay focused on the fact that they can't show a single case like this where a Defendant can keep a reporter out of a publicly-advertised event, held on commercial property subject to substantial State and Local licensing and permitting.

Nor can they get me spanked for asking about the appearance of partiality and potentially substantial contacts between Judge Landya B. McCafferty and McLane, Graf, as noted on Capitol Access TV in the first of two interviews, last paragraph.

KingCast calls attention back to the fact that NH AG Kelly Ayotte's office never produced any fingerprint analysis in the Franconia shooting tragedy.

That is because I'm 99% certain that Gregory Floyd's prints are all over Liko Kenney's second magazine that Floyd loaded to make it appear that Liko was trying to load it, thus giving Floyd a reason to shoot him.

We already know Greg Floyd went home with Liko Kenney's live round in his pocket, there's pretty much only one way that's going to happen folks...... and if you don't know, you don't need to be reading this journal.

We already know Floyd changed his story -- in Kelly Ayotte's own investigative files mind you -- 3 times from "I shot him within 4 seconds" to "I spoke with him, I told him, put the gun down you don't want to die," etc. etc. all falsities that Kelly Ayotte's office made up and inserted to the record for CYA purposes.

Lastly, we already know that major media has the same information I had, yet not one of them discusses these matters. Interesting, n'est-ce pas?

KingCast asks, "Where's the Go-to-Hell letter from Friends of Kelly Ayotte, GOP and Nashua PD?"

Well sports fans, remember the original journal entry on this matter from three (3) days ago in which I requested that Defendants follow through with the formal letter they promised, when they said they were going to have the Court spank me for asking about the level of contacts between McLane, Graf and Judge McCafferty?
Still nothing.

Good Day Counselors:
I reiterate my concerns relative to your promises to forward me a formal letter as to why you believe my Rule 11 Motion for Sanctions is subject to Rule 11, and why you believe you are entitled to Attorney Fees relative to my Demand for Disclosure and my Memoranda in  Opposition to your Motions to Dismiss.
I personally spoke with the case manager yesterday and informed her that I may be inclined to withdraw the Rule 11 Motion for Sanctions and I told her that I was waiting for the formal letter you promised on that matter (and which is required before you file for Sanctions) before I withdraw it.
I note that I filed the Demand for Disclosure on 10 December, 2010 and as such, your responses relative thereto would be due forthwith. You may not think it matters that Jack Middleton was Judge McCafferty's boss, or that Kelly and Attorney Parent worked at the same firm, and that Judge McCafferty has ongoing contacts with members of the same firm, but I do..... and so does every single attorney I have spoken with about this matter.
It should have been disclosed, period. And the failure to do so only adds to the appearance of partiality.

Please advise.

KingCast laughs as Wikipedia says the Nashua Telegraph is not a good enough secondary source for Kelly Ayotte information, but the Littleton Courier is.

I'm speechless. These guys are ridiculous. They show up and trash talk me, but I'll bet you a scant few of them has ever worked for a large daily newspaper or edited a large weekly newspaper. And who the hell is this person in Manchester NH who is apparently on the Wiki Board of review? Do they have a conflict of interest? Inquiring minds want to know but the bullshit is going to stop. Other people will submit the same information and then let's see what happens. They will probably lock the forum; I'm making a YouTube video about this, so there you go. Stand by your position if that's how you're going to be, guys.
So the Nashua Telegraph isn't good enough for you? I will notify their staff immediately. But you said in another post that the Littleton Courier was good enough and the Telegraph dwarfs the Courier. And you expect the Union Leader and WMUR to run stories about this lawsuit? Please. Nor have they run any coverage of Liko Kenney's lawsuit. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan's staff is following my Tweets, unsolicited. But of course that means nothing to you either. DId the Mayor of Nashua ask what major press was covering my efforts before he and the Aldermanic Chamber presented me with a Mayoral Commendation, the closest thing Nashua has to a key to the City? Hell no. http://i45.tinypic.com/11qnzfs.jpg
So in the end, there you are waiting for the mainstream press to legitimize a story about alternative press being denied equal access. Wow. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Free Press KingCast (talk • contribs) 18:57, 23 December 2010 (UTC)
Ah, here we come to the problem. You ask above "You don't think it's newsworthy that the GOP thinks it can pick and choose what reporters to allow" -- it may very well be newsworthy, but we're not writing a newspaper, we're writing an encyclopedia, which has a whole different set of criteria for inclusion. --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 19:10, 23 December 2010 (UTC)
It is newsworthy because it is the position of Kelly Ayotte, as Friends of Kelly Ayotte is a named Defendant, DUH. Wiki is here to note her positions on major issues, and the Free Press is a major issue the last time I checked, or are you telling me otherwise my friend? Stop the nonsense. http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2010/12/kingcast-laughs-as-wikipedia-says.html — Preceding unsigned comment added by Free Press KingCast (talk • contribs) 19:20, 23 December 2010 (UTC)

FDIC knows what a big business dupe Senator Kelly Ayotte is; they are reading KingCast online journals!

Their search for Kelly Ayotte staff yields this; meanwhile McLane Graf is enjoying the read of the MBF Leasing Dereliction of Duty Holiday Gift journal entry. Ironclad Dereliction of Duty All the Way, folks, and for you Niggermania supporters of Kelly Ayotte, there are plenty of Good White Folks being harmed by former NH AG cum U.S. Senator's (in)actions, and this is one of the only places you can get the full picture, so I extend my black hand to you, and reach out to you so that you can come in and join in the fun.

PS: Now I'm sorry if it "smells like a nigger" (to quote you) too much for you up in here, but it's all in the interest of the Greater Good because what Kelly Ayotte is doing to New Hampshire and to America, frankly smells like Bovine Excrement.

KingCast says to Kelly Ayotte, GOP and Nashua PD: "Top O' the morning, Counselors, here are my Amended Memoranda in Opposition, do you have that Go-to-Hell letter ready for me yet?"

Dear Attorneys Middleton, Parent, Gordon and Cullen:

I filed my Memoranda this morning. I awaited your response yesterday to the issue you raised about the permanency of hyperlinks in the documents for the Record, as I made certain to address your concerns by embedding Exhibits 1 and 2, as seen here. With that having been said, I await your formal letter to me on:

1. How you believe it is appropriate to move for Sanctions or Attorney Fees on me for responding to your Motions to Dismiss, which by necessity engaged my response and which are specious in and of themselves;

2. How you believe it is appropriate to move for Sanctions or Attorney Fees on me for inquiring about the level of contacts between Magistrate Judge McCafferty and McLane, Graf employees, when Jack Middleton was her boss and Kelly Ayotte's boss, and when Jennifer Parent worked alongside Kelly Ayotte and Jack Middleton was also her boss;

3. How you believe you are entitled to Sanctions or Attorney Fees for me pointing out the frivolity of your filings in my Rule 11 Motion.

Now I may well temporarily withdraw or suspend my Rule 11 Motion, only because I don't need any rulings from an adverse Court impeding our Journey to SCOTUS, but before I do that I would truly enjoy reading your letter.

Please advise,
Christopher King, J.D.
