Operation Gregory Floyd: Re-establishing the fact that NH AG cum U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte covered up Gregory Floyd's lies and criminal history after he murdered Liko Kenney, IMO.

First of all read the Trooper Cooper conversation with Greg Floyd that has now been removed from the Internet, but not before I quoted the salient portion on 29 Jan. 2008:
Cooper: Did you clear that or anything?
Floyd: I tried.

C: OK
F: But uh, I didn't get it cleared and it should have cleared

C: OK and i, and I guess the reason I ask that is um, later our crime scene people are going to be taking those weapons
F: Yah

C: And I guess what, my question is, is what state is it gonna be in now and how did it get in that state?

This is a re-post of a 10 November 2007 Journal Entry in which I will now repost all of the documents that the government probably had removed from the original post. This is a painstaking process but I am determined that there has to be a place where people can come to see the Truth. As you read these note also that Floyd could and should have been tried for false statements during a criminal investigation  RSA 641:3 Unsworn Falsifcation (read it here) as Ayotte predecessor Peter Heed pointed out in the Manchester Catholic Diocese investigation. and for obstruction of Justice..

His own son stated at p.745 (last para.) of the Kelly Ayotte investigative file that Liko Kenney did not twice run over Bruce McKay but rather that it happened only AFTER his father shot at the car. Casey Sherman, Moody Street Pictures and Dorothy Aufiero need to make sure they get this straight. In point of fact, Brad Whipple and I will be contacting learned counsel on the matter just to make sure everything is handled appropriately given the totality of the circumstances, more on this later.

Moreover, Greg Floyd tried to keep Junior away from questioning by lying about his birth date, read the comments for the quote from Trooper Nathan B. Hamilton in this 14 March 2008 post. Junior is himself a convicted thief who also violated the terms of his sentence by subsequent trespass IIRC. And people have the nerve to trash talk Davey and Michele Kenney, at least they didn't raise a thief. Anyway, I will be finished around 4p EST; read the documents in conjunction with the new KingCast feature film "NH AG to try Greg Floyd for the Murder of Liko Kenney?"
Homicide AG Section Chief Jeffery A. Strelzin wrote me regarding this post:

"Items 1, 6 and 7 were in our possession and not released by our office; and Items 2, 3, 4 and 5 were in our possession and released by our office."

Frankly I don't remember seeing items 2, 3, 4, or 5 but will double check the investigative files on disc. Everyone else let me know if they see them because no one yet has told me that they have in fact seen those documents prior to KingCast posting them here. The documents:

9. Shooting gus at whimsy.
10. Greg Floyd's rap sheet (bonus)

BTW Denise Herthel, on your email to Kelly Ayotte about me, you knew not of what you spoke, I did not unlawfully release any records even though Kelly was licking her chops, hoping...

I will argue in the Right-to-Know lawsuit that the State cannot meet its burden of nondisclosure here because the military report is accessible by the general public (read the FOIA summation) and Floyd was in the military when convicted of stealing the Virgin Mary. He might have been young, but:

a) Juveniles cannot serve in the military and
b) His Felony conviction wouldn't have been published unless he was tried as an adult, see generally this Topix thread with one of my military JAG lawyer buddies chiming in.
c) N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann.§ 169-B:37 (1999): It is a misdemeanor for the news media to publish identifying information about juveniles without court permission, or to make public any juvenile court proceedings. HOWEVER, information about the disposition of cases involving acts that would be felonies if committed by an adult may be published.

Law firm? I don't need no stinking law firm, I've got people from all over the Country -- seasoned lawyers and U.S. Congressional candidates -- as law clerks, viva the power of the Internet :)

But I do still work for Crnilovic & Phillips, and they support these endeavors as well :)

Look: Kelly knew this guy was a straight-up thug, because Easton Police Chief Robert Every told her so:
"All of us have made mistakes in our lives; in Mr. Floyd's case the behavior extends beyond a mistake; there is a pattern, a pattern of past violence, paranoid behavior and excessive anger. While no one can predict the future, I feel Mr. Floyd is capable of showing up at Lafayette Elementary School or at a neighbor's house with an automatic weapon..."

Related post: "I've killed 43 people." Yeah, right you lunatic.
Related post: Maura Murray's case shows NH AG Ayotte has a penchant for violating RSA 91-A.
Related post: Kelly intentionally misapplied the competing harms doctrine.
Related post: Kelly intentionally ignored the windshield bullet Floyd shot at Liko from across the street, before his car even struck McKay, according to Floyd's own son at pdf. file p. 745.

Strelzin, by the way, didn't want us to videotape him in the vestibule of the AG's office, a place entirely consonant with that sort of activity. But he couldn't back up his request as noted in this post.

  1. Now keep in mind that Casey Sherman makes some crucial observations regarding Floyd, chiefly that the investigation was a sham but also that Floyd was on so many drugs he could be delusional.

One thing about that however is that Floyd was sharp enough to tell Caleb he would get away with shooting him because he was on so many drugs.
