KingCast and Mortgage Movies arrive in the Nation's Capital.... err... Capitol to see if Congress will gut the CFPA.
My friends at Foreclosure Hamlet pulled my coat tail to this issue and possible vote today. It is almost inconceivable that Congress -- as a Trustee of the American Public -- would do this, so we aim to ask a few questions today over on the Hill. Will the Consumer Financial Protection Agency be gutted before it can even get started? The mind boggles.
