KingCast tells NY journo David Shankbone: Unlike AG or Senator Kelly Ayotte, I actually won First Amendment Trials!

I caught substantial flack last week from certain online journos and bubbleheads after the Politico story (and a better Nashua Telegraph story) about Kelly Ayotte's $120K legal headache.... i.e. my ongoing Free Press lawsuit against her. The deal is, the story failed to mention the fact that I actually have won First Amendment trials whereas Kelly has not. She lost the Planned Parenthood case and the State had to fork over $300K to Planned Parenthood's attorneys, who read this journal almost every day. Kevin Landrigan wrote all about it, now KingCast shows you the money. And the State of NH routing numbers. This is but one reason why Kelly Ayotte threatened to arrest me when I showed up to ask her about it, as seen in the quintessential Kelly Ayotte video, below. It will follow her wherever she goes. Meanwhile I was actually winning my First Amendment trials, some of which are memorialized on VHS, soon to be converted to DVD. Sorry about the quality of the video I re-shot last night off the TV, but I'm never sorry about my First Amendment initiatives and I won't take any shit from anyone for it.

In fact as you read below the fold see the one-way exchange between NY photo journo David Shankbone and me. He read the Politico Story, jumped to the wrong conclusion and trash-talked. So I gave up an olive branch and invited him for drinks in NYC. He never responded, so to hell with him anyway. And as to the recent money-laundering Libor video and commentary, I won't take any shit on that either because I made it clear that there is a story there regardless of whether or not James Holme's father Robert was going to testify on fallacious and manipulated Libor loan rates.

Now then on to the knee-jerk reactionary NY journo David Shankbone: He showed up to trash talk me so I'll give my reaction to him, David when you or Scott Wong or Kelly Ayotte actually win a First Amendment trial or two I will be more open to your opinions:

Hello David
Christopher King Jul 27 (3 days ago) to David, Scott, ralph, michael, davecoltin, Lorayne, Donna, Josh, kevin.avard

Hey man I know you are busy, but I reached out to you as a brother. If you took the time to read my Motion for Rule 59e relief and to watch the mortgage movies (including opening day events at Occupy Wall Street and Occupy Boston, where I actually spoke as a former title insurance producer)

....and to review the things in my background of diligent service to the community that have for example resulted in a Mayoral Commendation in New Hampshire, I would hope that you accept my invitation for a drink or a snack in the City at some point. I didn't win First Amendment trials or defeat Kelly Ayotte in both cases she brought against me in NH because I don't know the law. I told Judge McConnell, who graduated from my law school... [snip]

KingCast and Mortgage Movies remain pensive as James Holmes' father, Robert Holmes, is set to provide crippling info. on Libor & other banking scandals.

I dunno... perhaps Omega is behind all of this.... notice how Dennis Hopper is dead now?
But seriously read the Willy Loman journal for a great review of the Aurora shooting "facts."

See the impact of all of this quasi-criminal activity? Testimony before the NH House Redress & Grievances Committee, which recently called for impeachment of several NH Judges for conduct inimical to the Cause of Justice. Some of you will recognize former NH AG John Arnold's name..... he's the one who tried to find a reason to lock me up several years ago when I was NAACP Legal Chair and went after some bad cops. KingCast cameras caught the frustration on his face when my attorney, former lead Hillsborough County Prosecutor David Horan, ripped prosecutor Bill Albrecht to shreds. Albrecht soon retired amidst an ethics investigation. Jaffrey Police Chief Martin Dunn was fired. The owners of the linked website is Joshua Youseff, a lead candidate for NH Senate. Watch him testify and discuss NH Injustice with me in this video. Bad NH pols hate both of us and all that we stand for as we continue to create our own media. That's Mr. Youseff at podium.

I keep looking but cannot independently verify this. If it is a hoax, who did it, because that could be an even bigger story. The money-laundering info. is definitely verified. Google, for example "Al Giordano + Citibank" & start reading.

5:30am EST update: After intermittently searching late last night I find that Tree of Liberty reports that the initial source for the testimony claim was Sorcha Faal, and if so I am glad for my disclaimers..... but read below the fold for more.
When I wrote my Dark Night journal entry for the Colorado shooting massacre I had no idea of this.... First of all, the GAO and I told you years ago that Sam Shaulson's scumbag client Citibank laundered money. And now you know that Bank of America launders money and apparently lied in the pending Pennsylvania case of Lorayne Souders v. BOA, watch the movie below. But what about this new coincidence involving the Libor scandal. Heck as a licensed title insurance producer in New Hampshire I closed Libor Loans all the time ten years ago under the false belief that they were better than the rest, come to find out it was all a complete and utter International scam.
"Most important to note about James Holmes, however, this report says, is that his father, Robert Holmes, was said to have been scheduled to testify within the next few weeks before a US Senate panel on the largest bank fraud scandal in world history that is currently unfolding and threatens to destabilize and destroy the Western banking system. Robert Holmes, whose “blueblood” family links go back to the Mayflower, is known throughout the global banking community as being the creator of one of the most sophisticated computer algorithms ever developed and is credited with developing predictive models for financial services; credit and fraud risk models, first and third party application fraud models and internet/online banking fraud models.
Educated at the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University, Robert Holmes is currently the senior lead scientist with the American credit score company FICO, which was formally known as Fair, Isaac and Company, and which every American citizen is beholden to should they need to borrow money."
Mind you I am not saying that there is any sort of conspiracy involved here, however it has to make you stop and wonder, "what are the chances that two of America's most volatile issues -- gun control and the ongoing banking and mortgage crisis and scandal -- could be countenanced by a single family?"
The truth maybe stranger than fiction, as we look at the stories that surround the main story of a so called brainwashed lone nut James Holmes who opens fire at a movie theater in Aurora Colorado and his connections to both neuroscience and ‘Super soldier’ or ‘Peak Soldier performance’ experiments and a father that works for a software company that analyses fraud for business. According to his LinkedIn profile.....

KingCast says "Goodnight, Sherman Hemsley."

Yes indeed, we enjoyed your company, Sir!

Many people used to joke that my father, also 74, was George Jefferson personified LOL.... I just thank my lucky stars I still have him. RIP Sherman, RIP.

Related: Kelly Ayotte is one jive turkey... because Greg Floyd never said a word before he started shooting at Liko Kenney and Caleb Macaulay.

KingCast/Mortgage Movies stops an afternoon run to say "Peace."

That having been said, if you are a corrupt bank or foreclosure mill, or a bad politician like Senator Kelly Ayotte, or a Judge doing bad things like Debra Silber, I will hold no compunction to wage war.

KingCast watching Sandy Chadee v. Judge Debra Silber: A lesbian activist judge takes custody from a fit heterosexual mother in favor of a lesbian activist paternal grandmother.... The father is "intrinsically violent" and was ordered to pay child support.

This is a sad and frustrating story because Ms. Chadee -- as was stated in Gorky Park -- has fallen into the chasm between what is said and what is done in this Country. Ms. Chadee went to the predominantly-Democratic crowd with her concerns and got nowhere. The Court-appointed forensic specialist found the father to be "intrinsically violent" and he had to be ordered to pay child support. But activist lesbian judge Debra Silber (former LAMBDA Chair) teamed with an activist lesbian paternal grandmother to wrest custody from a fit heterosexual mother in King County NYC -- Brooklyn. The Judge went beyond the record in court using (incorrect) information that Ms. Chadee contends could only have come from the Paternal grandmother. Federal Court basically granted Judicial immunity; Ms. Chadee, with the help of a retired NY attorney, plans an appeal. We appealed to the Dems at the Annual Hubert Humphrey Gala several weeks ago but alas no one has the chutzpah to touch this one as Barney Frank celebrates his right to marry his lover. Recall I told you that there was a part two coming, well now we are here. Moreover, Judge Debra Silber even forbid Ms. Chadee from discussing religion with her son. but did bash her for being a former Jehovah's Witness... because JWs hate gays. No, I am not a gay basher. I am not a Republican basher. I am not a Democrat basher. You cannot pigeonhole me, but just know that reverse discrimination is illegal too, and if you are a public servant abusing the public trust you can rest assured I will make a movie about you if I can. Stay tuned for this one later this evening.

And for what it's worth, as manager and owner of Mortgage Movies Journal Dodd-Frank is a brilliant piece of legislation that needs to be more stringently enforced.  I have been a Civil Rights advocate for people of all races, creed, religious, national, ethnic, age and sexual orientations (See generally my review of Milk, 03 January 2009) so my only horse in this race is the one named Justice, and I pray he's not been gelded. Meanwhile I am also concerned about Article 78 issues raised against Judge Debra Silber by Louise Uccio. Stay tuned.
10:46p update: Facebook is a beautiful thing despite itself. I just spoke with Ms. Uccio who informs:
"I had a lifetime order of protection against my husband, who was good friend with the judge who recused and gave the case over to Silber..... anyway the Court took my kids away even though I had a lifetime order of protection against my ex-husband and I haven't had my children since 2001.... they tried to make me into a practicing drug addict and asked if there were any positive drug tests.... I said no but here's a negative drug test.... and she refused to put that into the record, she just did whatever she wanted to do, and as a pro se person with no money I felt totally powerless to fight it."

On a related note, this is how it's done in New Hampshire, just one example out of many. The above video was captured with my old rig and the beginning of it goes to some racist tendencies of former AG and current U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte but this goes beyond race: Something is deathly foul when these abuses occur. To wit, Michael Holman's children were yanked from him and given to a drug-addicted mother who allowed one of them to ride his bicycle without a helmet. He was struck by a car and nearly died, spending several days in a coma. To this day all matter of State and Federal Agencies are covering up the situation.

To hell with Kelly Ayotte and any and all slimy politicians and their lawyers, I'm busy play testing the Volkl Power Bridge 10 and the 1975 Yamaha YFG 30!

Good Times, Good Times. Yah Kelly that is a Tamarack Tennis Camp shirt, you know the region of NH that twice vetoed a public roadway named after your hero Norman Bruce McKay... a guy whose wife moved a safe house while she was nearing delivery of their daughter. And you lied about multiple felon Greg Floyd's shooting (read: murder) of Liko Kenney. Floyd said twice he shot without saying a word and the windshield bullet (and more)  bears that out. And that's a fact. I could say more, and I will at a time appropriate. Newbies start here.

KingCast double feature: Two accidents -- Kelly Ayotte's $120K nightmare free press lawsuit reported in Politico and Nashua Telegraph, and one outside my window at 6am.

More, much more later. Off to pick up my new MacBook i7 500gig! A community contribution, it will go nicely with the Zeiss 45mm 2.8 pancake, rewards for work well done in the community interest.

Kelly Ayotte's Freudian slip to Politico on KingCast blogger and her 120K headache: "I went after him."

Query, why does it take two journos all the way down in Washington, DC to report on a case happening right here in the Greater Boston area? Well let's not delay too long on any of that, let's move right into today's feature on "Kelly Ayotte's $120K headache" that she could have avoided with 30 minutes of her time at a NENPA panel discussion on what constitutes a journalist in 2011. That would have only been fitting as her people told me "You are not a journalist," which was the first time I'd ever heard such a thing since 1988.
The 44-year-old mother of two hasn’t held specific fundraising events or tasked her campaign fundraising team to raise money for her legal fund. Instead, she and her chief of staff, John Easton, have solicited cash by calling donors during their off hours or informally mentioning the suit to senators. A number of GOP senators including John Cornyn, Richard Shelby, Rob Portman and Lindsey Graham have donated to Ayotte’s fund through their political action committees or PACs. Honeywell International’s PAC has given $10,000, while Andy Card, former chief of staff to President George W. Bush, donated $1,000.
King, 47, was prevented from attending the events because he had a history of causing problems at Ayotte and other GOP functions, said a Republican source familiar with the issue.
Who said that? What other problems have I allegedly caused? That is a complete lie, no such prior problems have ever occurred. They just say whatever they want to say. My comments to the story follow below:

Actually I described myself as "a complete cynic" I only said "liberal" after cajoling from Reporter Wong. But at any rate, Whoa.... her Freudian slip says it all: "Actually, it’s not the first time that something I did as attorney general or someone who I went after --" oh, yes you better believe she went after me as NAACP legal chair, and she lost badly. Had she won I would never hear the end of it. Morever -- and aside from me -- she continued to ignore the concerns of minority business owners in NH who were and are being victimized by Vericomm and MBF Leasing. Why? Take a look at her campaign contributors to see that these bogus contracts are bought and sold in bundles just like your mortgage notes when they are illegally securitized:

Mr. Independent, My Mortgage Movies website more than addresses your purported concerns about doing something for the public good. By the way, Google FRM Mortgage Ponzi scam and discover that Kelly Ayotte presided over the state's largest consumer fraud in history, so bad that the state finance director quit and wrote a book about it. The reporter had that information but space did not allow it. What the story did not mention is the fact that the NAACP reporters have won access to PRIVATE property under very similar circumstances. NAACP v. Thompson, 648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,1986. This paper does not have the time or space to adequately delve into it, that is the Court's job and it failed. As I told His Honor (we both graduated from Case Western Reserve) "Case didn't graduate any dummies."

The Court sidestepped and cut out much of what I wrote in my complaint in an effort to kick it all out but I'm not going out that easy. The proof of my assertions is in my Rule 59 Reconsideration Motion, in PICTURES and in VIDEO. My actions toward her? What about her actions toward me? Her attempted prosecution of me as NAACP legal chair was completely "frivolous" as she was say and DISMISSED, and along the way it is a FACT that she violated the Rules of Civil Procedure she was so rabid. I sat through voir dire by the way and was ready to go to trial and the State ran away like a puppy that peed itself and that is a FACT.

In this case I offered to settle this case for 30 minutes of her time at New England News and Press's annual where I chaired a panel on who is a real journo in 2011, given that her people said "You are not a journalist," well that's news to me. Read my Rule 59e Motion, that's all I have to say.

Moreover, had discovery been permitted and the case heard on a summary judgment level instead of a motion to dismiss we could have clarified what the GOP pattern and practice is for independent journos because there is not one single event in history where I had caused problems for Kelly Ayotte in the past before this election. I caused problems in the past for her because I exposed her coverup in the Franconia shooting tragedy and the Michael Paulhus shootings (just Google it) but I was NEVER EVER out of line and ANY of her events or press conferences. Remember John McCain ejecting black reporter Stephen Price for no reason? I do.

KingCast and Mortgage Movies ask: Are Sarasota FL Courts to slam Thomas P. Dore & support California foreclosure moratorium?

It is too early to tell, but based on the fact that the clerk of courts is visiting my website and searching news about know foreclosure mill attorney Thomas P. Dore I would have to assume that they are trying to do the Right Thing, much like NH Carroll County Sheriff Chris Conley!

KingCast and Washington journos discuss Kelly Ayotte as "Dan Quayle revisited" and the Free Press lawsuit KingCast v. Ayotte, NH GOP and Nashua PD, 2010-CV-501.

Some folks have had the nerve to try to get on my case for calling Kelly Ayotte corrupt, feckless and generally irresponsible. Well cast aspersions on me no more, and instead focus on her own political party, who likened her to "Dan Quayle revisited." NH Republicans recently admitted that Kelly Ayotte "would be a poor pick for VP." Heck, her own constituents said she was "full of shit," LOL. Query, does one really have to hurl invective.... or can you just sort of pitch it, I wonder. Anyway you can read the comments to the story above for the links I submitted or not, but I will have plenty more to say as my free press lawsuit heads toward SCOTUS. I will file my Notice of Appeal tomorrow morning. Read my Rule 59E Motion noting relevant facts ignored that the Court shut down with one insouciant comment: "Denied." It doesn't matter so much that Judge John J. McConnell is a Democrat and that Kelly and her pals party line voted against his ascension to the bench. It doesn't matter much that I told him at Oral Argument "Your Honor Case Western doesn't graduate any dummies."  His Honor is a Case Law grad '83, I am from '93. No, what matters is that I am a threat to the establishment and must be kept in check. I keep on keeping on regardless.

As to my interviews, I am not at liberty to say with whom I spoke just yet.... loose lips sink ships. See the punch line to the 1990 Indy Star feature below, which is funny because the Quayles are in-laws to the Pulliams, who publish and otherwise run the Star. Anyway let's just say that one of these two respected Washington-based journos is running a story this week, and the other one will continue his interview with me tomorrow.

Mortgage Movies: Souders v. Bank of America -- BoA & Michele Sjolander nailed on robo stamping, timely removal and default judgment.

Update: Bank of America (BoA) LOVES KingCast Mortgage Movies!
I wrote their lawyers asking for comment.
I shall wait with bated breath.

Lorayne Souders v. BoA et al., 2012-CV-01074 removal filed 6 June 2012, last served Defendant in her fraud case: 4 May 2012.... see 28 U.S.C. §1446(b)... thirty (30) days folks... whoopsie-daisy?

Bank of America is facing some serious issues as it attempts to remove Plaintiff Lorayne Souders' Fraud lawsuit in Pennsylvania. Some of these issues include failure to answer her complaint, untimely removal (they filed removal on and robo stamping, which may have been done in post hoc fashion in an attempt to cover their tracks after the note never reached the trust pool.... a REMIC violation of course. A New York Court slammed BoA and the same exact cast of characters for such conduct in Bank of NY v. Alderazi, 929 NYS 2nd. 198 (2011). Will Pennsylvania follow suit with Stare Decisis? Stay tuned. Meanwhile don't forget these links from earlier this week at bottom as the revolution continues in small screens all across America.

Because if something isn't done, otherwise law-abiding citizens might well turn into Al Pacino or Sonny Wartzik for a day. He did it for a sex change operation for his lover, but nowadays folks will be doing it out of desperation to save their home and family... you know, basic Maslow. Now I'm certainly not encouraging any of that because I'm going to stick to my legal Canon, a 60D or 5D MKIII running Zeiss glass soon.... but as a former Assistant Attorney General I am most certainly encouraging swift and vigorous punishment for the banksters, pols, lawyers and judges who perpetuate and/or allow this sort of conduct to continue. Illegal aliens/Undocumented workers? Please. That is all subterfuge. They are not crippling America, white collar people have a patent on that.

Related: There's a new sheriff in town... Chris Conley.

KingCast & Mortgage Movies Applaud Carroll County Sheriff Chris Conley as MD Task Force and NH Public Face Foreclosure Fraud and Worse.

This is going to be a seminal journal entry. I wish the task force that Sheriff Conley is putting together all the best in its endeavors. This is just a placeholder for this evening for folks to ponder. Query, what did Executive Counselor Dave Wheeler have to say?
“This doesn’t give any relief. It’s a drop in the bucket,” said Executive Councilor David Wheeler, of Milford, who has helped Vallier and other town residents file foreclosure complaints with the state Banking Department. “If it were the citizens creating this fraud, they wouldn’t be able to be bought off by this settlement,” Wheeler said. “The state should have held out for something more.”
Now in Maryland a homeowner retention task force and legislature created 14-207.1 as an Emergency measure to address the Fraud that includes people like Attorney Thomas P. Dore. However in Todd Wetzelber's case and in the case of Shepherd v. Burson, 35 A. 3d  48 (Cert granted January 20, 2012). the Circuit Court found ways to deny the Show Cause Hearings that are presumptively valid when a challenge is made regarding title issues. The Court granted Cert for Shepherd, now let's see what happens with Mr. Wetzelberger on a virtually identical issue. By the way he has never been allowed back into Court on record since he got Attorney Dore to admit under Oath that he had no firsthand knowledge of ANYTHING regarding document creation or assignment required to foreclose.

Believe me, the New York case is directly related to all of this. As a former Assistant Attorney General and Title Insurance Producer, I blanche. And I'm black. I'll be posting the full documents soon, fascinating to see these servicers posing as holders and owners.

Bonus round: Donna Gaston's case is being reinstated. She got the good news not long after I became involved and started reporting the case to folks like Sheriff Tom Dart. You know Ms. Gaston, she is the 70 year-old grandmother who never missed a payment but who lost out after the National City Bank ssued false escrow accounting in post-hoc fashion.... It's all related folks, it is criminal in nature and tantamount to modern-day indentured servitude as best, slavery at worst. In the link, note that Judge Reynard, who allowed this to happen in State Court, is not immune from prosecution for his alleged misconduct as a prosecutor, nice.

KingCast and Mortgage Movies: The Revolution to be lensed through the Zeiss Tessar T* 45mm f2.8 Pancake!

The State is tuning in as well. As a former Assistant State Attorney I welcome them.

Yah this baby will replace my trusty and cheap Canon 50mm 1.8. My only concern will be whether I can use this baby at night clubs, for that I may have to continue with the 1.8 until I shell out the big bucks for a Zeiss 1.8 or 1.4. Imagine these instant classics below shot through the Zeiss... some of the older ones were actually shot with a Canon SX-20 IS as opposed to the 60D. One day will come that hot rod 5D MK III :)

For a discussion with a fellow Zeiss man read the comments to this Alec Berlin Arlene's Grocery video. The revolution will be televised, and I mean in short order. Stick around for a few weeks. Loose lips sink ships.

These are the same issues Homeowner Ingress and I raised 18 months ago were decided in favor of the Druin family in Federal Court by Judge LaPlante but only AFTER Judge Barbadoro ruled against Ms. Ingress. KingCast 4th of July/Alleged Independence Day Observations to Liko Kenney and Residents of North Country.

Note: This is the seminal journal entry with links to the Affidavits in the Civil case. Well folks the case of Liko Kenney v. Bruce McKay, Town of Franconia, Greg Floyd et al. (NH Dist. 2010-CV-181) is headed toward the First Circuit Court of Appeals after Judge Paul Barbadoro did his typical "move along nothing to see here" rote dismissal of all claims. Meanwhile I wonder why so many people were searching the names Liko Kenney, Bruce McKay and Greg Floyd yesterday because I had 500+ hits on the matter and that is certainly unusual. I would hope that maybe some news has come out about the Dorothy Aufiero screen adaptation of Casey Sherman's book, "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains," but alas I have not heard anything about that in a coon's age.

Watch my movie to Producer Aufiero, depicted in the thumbnail above, here. Then watch Casey Sherman, retired area LE Bradford Whipple and yours truly in a series of videos here.
